As Binary Tree’s chief financial officer, Francois deCourtivron is responsible for all financial operations, business planning, banking and investment relations, acquisitions, treasury, legal, risk management activities, HR and administrative functions.
Prior to joining Binary Tree, Francois held C-level positions at numerous organizations including Agio, a leading provider of IT managed services and cyber security services. Francois began his career at PepsiCo where he served in several increasing roles in finance and business development and later became vice president of corporate finance for Thomson Learning. He is an accomplished financial executive with extensive U.S. and international experience in finance, HR, operations, P&L management, treasury, acquisitions, strategy and taxes.
Under Francois’ direction, Binary Tree acquired Donova in 2016. The company also experienced significant international expansion by adding subsidiaries in Germany, Malaysia and Sweden that add to Binary Tree's presence in the U.K. and France.
Francois holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Mercy College and an MBA from Xavier University.
